Consolidate Staff Approaches I firmly believe this is a fantastic system for new staff unable to do full training. There may not be enough staff to warrant a full Studio III Management of Challenging Behaviour Course or on occassion you may need to re-visit the approach with certain staff.
If the 3 day course or follow up refresher is a month or two away this is a great filler to focus staff to the same consistant message.
